With reflexology for pre-conception, pregnancy, perimenopause, anxiety, stress and depression. Alongside Reiki and Indian head massage
Based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
My name is Zoë and I am a qualified reflexologist based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
I specialise in women’s health, focusing on areas such as preconception, pregnancy, postnatal reflexology and peri/menopause reflexology with a holistic approach to addressing both the physical and mental health symptoms that can accompany these stages.
With my training in Mindful Reflexology, I provide advanced techniques that work the reflexes associated with stress, anxiety and depression and I include bespoke lifestyle and breath-work suggestions to aid relaxation and improve wellbeing.
Having found a love for pregnancy reflexology myself 10 years ago, I found it to be a wonderfully healing treatment that had a hugely positive impact on my symptoms and for helping me to relax. This experience led me to retrain as a therapist.
By providing a safe and nurturing space, my intuitive holistic approach emphasises restoring harmony and balance. Together, we create a sanctuary where individuals can embark on their healing journey, promoting well-being from within.
I am fully insure with Alan Boswell, I am a member of the Association of reflexologists and I can be found on the NHS referral listing (click on logos below to view).
Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing; reducing stress in people’s lives can be key in optimising good health and building resilience. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body and its systems.
Mindful Reflexology
With today's busy lifestyles we can often find ourselves living with long-term stress which can have a negative impact on our emotional and physical wellbeing.
I will provide advanced reflexology techniques for working the reflexes associated with stress, anxiety and depression and includes bespoke lifestyle suggestions to aid relaxation and improve wellbeing.
Facial Reflexology
Similar to traditional reflexology, which focuses on the feet, facial reflexology is rooted in the concept that various areas of the face are connected to different parts of the body. The stimulation of these reflex points is believed to help improve circulation, release tension, and promote overall well-being. Organic facial oil and crystals will be used to enhance the treatment. (This treatment is given before foot reflexology, or during AROMAReiki or Indian head massage).
AROMAReiki
A deeply relaxing but powerful experience that combines essential oils, with gentle massage techniques and universal healing energy. Designed to bring the body back into a blissful state of homeostasis. Your 60-minute experience starts with a grounding and balancing foot technique that has the effect of resetting the mind, body & spirit. Followed by a gentle application of specific therapeutic grade essential oils to the back to balance and clear the body's energy centres. Moving gently into a Reiki treatment that combines intuitive techniques and reiki healing energy to clear any blocks that come to the surface and determine the essential oil for you to take home at the end of your treatment.
Preconception, pregnancy and Postnatal reflexology
Preconception Reflexology
Reflexology can help create an optimal environment for conception and a healthy pregnancy.
By stimulating certain reflex points on the feet, it can help restore menstrual regularity, balance hormones, reduce emotional and physical stress and promote deep relaxation. Reflexology can be especially beneficial for those undergoing IVF treatment.
Pregnancy Reflexology
Pregnancy can sometimes bring discomfort, but reflexology from 14 weeks can often ease symptoms such as:
And promote the increase of:
Postnatal Reflexology
Can help to aid recovery, balance hormones, boost energy levels and provide some much needed time for relaxation which often includes the chance to sleep!

Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders to relieve tension in these areas and release muscles, knots and circulation blockages. Indian head massage not only reduces headaches and improves physical well-being, but it can also boost mental and emotional wellness.
I regularly provide Reiki, AROMAReiki, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology for feet, face and hands on holistic retreats and women’s wellness events in the UK and in France. Get in touch if you are looking for a therapist for your next event.
Holistic therapies are a wonderful way of maintaining your body's healthy balance and general wellbeing, reducing the stresses and tensions that come with busy lifestyles and giving us a space to reflect on the mind as well as the body.
Holistic therapy can induce a deep state of relaxation, which improves the effectiveness of the treatment. Relaxing helps relieve tension and aids circulation, increasing the flow of nutrients, oxygen and energy to all parts of the body, and helping with the removal of toxins.
While it is not a cure, Holistic Therapy can be particularly helpful in managing many health conditions, especially constant or recurring ones that we might have come to accept over time as being a normal part of life.

Reflexology is performed entirely on the feet, ankles or hands, so the most you’ll have to do is take off your socks and roll up your trousers! During the treatment the client lies on their back on a therapy bed (or reclining chair for mobile treatments), supported by pillows and covered with a soft blanket to keep them warm.
And don’t worry - reflexology doesn't tickle! Many clients come to me with ticklish feet or worried about their feet being touched, but find they can relax and enjoy the benefits of Reflexology.
You might find some areas feel sensitive to the touch, but Reflexology does not involve hard pressing in the way something like a sports massage might. As a therapist I will be aware of the status of your feet, noticing how they feel, the temperature and colour. All these things play a part in understanding which areas of your body - as reflected through your feet - require a bit more care and attention.
