Appointment Terms
At Your Soul Therapy, every treatment is offered with care, presence, and intention. Time is thoughtfully set aside for each woman to ensure a calm, restorative, and personalised experience. To help maintain this space for all, I kindly ask that the following terms are respected when booking an appointment.
Your Appointment
Appointments can be booked online or directly through me and are reserved especially for you. Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your appointment details, my address, and a consultation form. I kindly ask that this form is completed prior to your appointment so I can prepare fully for your visit and ensure your treatment is tailored to your individual needs, including comfort preferences, allergies, injuries, illnesses, or any other considerations that may support your experience.
Changes & Cancellations
I understand that plans can sometimes change, and I will always do my best to find another suitable appointment time for you. Wherever possible, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations, as this gives me the opportunity to offer the appointment space to someone else in need of support and care. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be charged at the full treatment price.
Arriving Late
Please allow enough time to arrive and settle into your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time to avoid affecting other bookings. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Missed Appointments
Appointments missed without notice may be charged in full.
